Diversity at McPhersons

We regularly gather statistics anonymously on age, gender, ethnicity, disability, faith, sexual orientation, socio-economic backgrounds and caring responsibilities. This is disclosed to the ICAEW and we have published some of these results below.

2023 results show that 60% of our employees are female and under 45. Almost 30% of workforce are primary carers for a child under 18.

40% of the total workforce have a professional qualification and just 16% have an undergraduate degree. Our recruitment trends over the past few years have shifted towards employing college leavers and supporting them through obtaining their professional qualifications and moving up the career ladder.
