McPhersons clients, Sublime Catering have adapted their business model during lockdown to treat locals to a taste of the Caribbean. Being in the fortunate position of having fully qualified chefs on board as well as having all the necessary hygeine certificates, they are able to hit the ground running with their takeaway menus. All food is freshly prepared at their unit in St Leonards-on-Sea
Under normal circumstances, the business specialises in catering for weddings, private parties and corporate events but Covid-19 has stopped most of that. However, people still need a treat and there is also a gourmet Valentines menu on offer.
