The staff at mcphersons were celebrating their success at the prestigious 1066 Business Awards on Friday night after being recognised in the Customer Service Business of the Year category.

One of the influencing factors that swung the judges’ decision was that mcphersons regularly ask their customers for feedback using customer surveys. 100% of their happy customers said they would recommend them!
Mcphersons were able to provide evidence of a service that goes beyond their clients expectations. They do not simply report on what has happened, they proactively consider how their clients can make savings hence increase their profitability. There were a number of cases where this evidence led to tangible savings.
