Ainsley Gill (Bexhill Office)

Ainsley has many years experience in assisting owner managed business and whilst his portfolio of clients is varied he has developed specialist knowledge in leisure attractions, caravan and chalet parks, nursing, care and specialist care homes, buy to let portfolios, IT contractors and other service related businesses and charities. Ainsley also advises on the purchase and sale of businesses and has experience in business valuations.

He has also served for several years as President of Bexhill Chamber of Commerce and Tourism.

Mark Finch (Bexhill Office)

Mark joined McPhersons in 1995 and has a wide range of clients located throughout the UK from self-employed individuals to medium-sized companies. He specialises in audit services and has experience in a wide range of business sectors including retail, manufacturing, international trade and financial services.

During his spare time Mark is an enthusiastic chess player and has a keen interest in cinema and reading.

Steve Cooper (Hastings Office)

Steve has been with McPhersons since 1984 and became a partner at the Hastings office in 2001. His amiable style and extensive IT knowledge have been a significant asset to the firm and proved invaluable in delivering Business Start-up workshops through local business enterprise organisations.

Steve is a keen musician and keyboard player having co-written an Anthem for UNICEF. He enjoys playing snooker having competed at county level for several years and is also a keen gardener.

Alan Buontempo

Alan has been a partner in McPhersons for 40 years and, being Sussex born and bred, has helped many local businesses to prosper from his wealth of business experience and extensive local business knowledge.

Alan is an avid golfer and Rotarian and donates much of his spare time to helping raise money for local charities.

Keith McPherson

Keith McPherson has been the senior partner in the firm for 40 years and is a respected and well known local businessman. Keith has extensive corporate finance experience having overseen some of the largest corporate deals in the local area.

Keith has a keen interest in sport and over the years has played snooker and rugby competitively as well as spending 15 years competing in various motor racing meetings.
