Bexhill Lunchclub on the DLWP rooftop

Lunch was served to Bexhill Lunch Club attendees on the exclusive rooftop foyer of the De La Warr Pavilion. Main courses included char-grilled chicken fillet served with grilled vegetables toasted in sesame seeds, finished with a roasted tomato fondue and melted cheddar and roasted hake wrapped in pancetta served on a bed of spiralized courgetti, in a mussel, squid, and saffron broth. Desserts were a choice of rich chocolate mousse or the infamous Eton Mess. The weather wasn’t warm enough to go outside but the views were still stunning as ever.
